Angola | US consortium invests US$4.5 billion in railway linking Luanda and the Democratic Republic of the Congo

The American Railroad Group (AARG) from the United States is “ready to build, operate and finance railway and logistics projects in Angola.” It is said that the American Railroad Group (AARG) has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Angolan Ministry of Transport to support the integration of the country’s northern railway expansion plan. The $ 4.5 billion project aims to connect Luanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo by rail.
