Kyrgyzstan has marked a historic milestone in its transport sector with the signing of its first-ever railway public-private partnership (PPP) agreement. The deal brings together national stakeholders and the All American Rail Group Global Infrastructure Partner (AARG) consortium to deliver the ambitious Makmal–Karakol railway—part of the broader Trans-Eurasian Route initiative.
